By using gaogao (the "service"), you agree to these terms. gaogao is made by James Hussey (Inchworm Games).

Using gaogao

You may grow, keep, breed, and share organisms for personal, noncommercial use. The software and its output are released under the PolyForm Noncommercial License 1.0.0. Selling prints or other commercial use is reserved; where we offer prints for sale, those are sold by us.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to break the law. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

The community wall

Organisms you keep or breed become part of the public community wall, credited to you as their discoverer. By keeping or breeding an organism you grant us a license to display it publicly within the service.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
